Important Dates: Register by August 31 to get a shirt, custom pint glass & have the option to purchase additional items (50th Commemorative Jersey, Bourbon, Premium T-shirt & Hat). Plus get into the Friday & Saturday evening events a half hour early.

• Pregame tailgate
  • You are invited to the official Madison Rugby tailgate Thursday night hosted by Ryan and Meg Maguire (Madison Rugby alum ’18)!
  • Location: The tailgate will be located in Convo parking lot – the Maguires tailgate set-up will be in the last row of cars along the hill that leads to Jennings hall (which was formerly the location of the  “upper convo” parking lot). See here map of the approximate location of the tailgate. Look for the Madison Rugby boathouse jacket that will be raised above a JMU tent!
  • Details: Pizza, stromboli, beer, and a good time will be provided starting at 4:45pm. You are welcome to bring any additional drinks or food you would like.

Friday:

• 10am: Campus Tour- Forbes Center & Quad, departing from Hotel Madison.
• 11:45am: Meet at D-hall.
• 1pm: Meet by Commons Hill outside of D-hall. Tour Village, UREC, and Business School.
• 1:30-5:30pm: Pickup items at Hotel Madison.
• 3:30pm: Tour Atlantic Union Bank Center.
• 5:30/6pm: Capital Ale House
• 7:30pm: Welcome, thank sponsors, and announce all-decades team (at Capital Ale House).
  • We will be partially outdoors, so make sure to dress appropriately for the temps

Saturday:

• 10am: Women’s A-side
• 12pm: Women’s B-side
• 1pm: JMU Welcome & all-alumni photograph under the John Carr scoreboard
• 1:15pm: Alumni vs Alumni
  • Alumni planning on playing in the alumni game should arrive at the pitch between 11am and 12pm
• 2pm: Men’s A-side
• 4pm: Men’s B-side
• 3:30-5:30pm: Pickup items at Hotel Madison
• 5:30/6pm: Pale Fire Brewing
• 6pm: Half Century Team announced, Madison Rugby Hall of Fame Induction, Virginia Rugby Hall of Fame Induction (at Pale Fire Brewing)
  • We will be partially outdoors, so make sure to dress appropriately for the temps

Sunday:

• 9am-12pm: Pickup items at Hotel Madison.
